Instinct partners with Shopify so your AI agent can check out anywhere using Shop Pay
mon__lim · x · 2026-10-29
Shopify is expanding its partnership with AI assistant Instinct: beyond finding, buying, and tracking orders from Shopify stores, Instinct can now use Shop Pay to make purchases at any online store, not just Shopify merchants. Saved cards and addresses in Shop Pay work across non-Shopify sites, every purchase requires user approval in Shop Pay, and card details never leave Shop Pay — a payments safety layer for agentic shopping.
