grep.ai opens swarms to everyone: how a thousand agents work as a team
garrytan · x · 2026-10-29
grep.ai has opened swarms to all users. In an accompanying article, MiguelriosEN lays out the thesis: swarms are the natural next step (LLM → LLM+tools → agent loop → swarm); effective swarms are coordinated, organized and dynamic, not just a batch of agents over a task list; you build swarms for your agent to coordinate — you command the work, clarify questions, and judge results. The biggest use cases remain unknown, since humans' bottlenecks never let them operate swarm-style. RT'd by Garry Tan.
