AI video fail of the day: asked for no mashed potatoes, model grew the potato legs
blankgok · reddit · 2026-10-29
A funny AI video clip from Reddit: the author prompted a video generation model and explicitly excluded 'mashed potatoes' — and the model improvised by generating a whole potato with legs and a butt standing on a plate. 'This potato had other plans.' A classic example of video models misinterpreting instructions, to the comment section's delight.
