Machenta CEO Ed Johns shows an "Instant Robot Learning" demo: three bimanual robots with different cameras and teaching modes collaborate on a packaging task, all running the same end-to-end model. What normally takes weeks or months of systems integration took 2 minutes of teaching. The model was trained 100% in simulation and had never seen the physical objects before.
