Koray Kavukcuoglu announced a preview of Gemini 4 Carbon, Google's next frontier model, just two weeks after Gemini 4 Argon. It features state-of-the-art long-horizon coding driving SOTA performance across the cybersecurity defense lifecycle (detection, validation, remediation), and ranks #1 overall on the updated Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index v5.0 with a score of 59. It is rolling out first to a subset of cyber defenders via the Fairwind Program this week, with broader access to follow.
