Hugging Face's Osanseviero shared the Gemini 4 Carbon release with its official benchmark chart: #1 on AA Index v5.0 (59), plus SWE-sweep 9.6%, Terminal-Bench 4.0 65.2%, AutomationBench 53.9%, GraphWalks 96.2% and SEC-bench Pro 88.2% — beating GPT-6 Astra and Claude Opus 5.5 on most of 16 benchmarks.
