Camera Thief: film a camera move on your phone, apply it to any still photo (open source)
kevinivarsson · reddit · 2026-10-28
An open-source ComfyUI node pack from the Open Source Higgsfield challenge: film a camera move with your phone, and Camera Thief applies it to any still image. Depth Anything 3 extracts the camera path and still-image depth, the photo is re-projected along the path into a depth/edge guide, and LTX-2.3 with a union-control IC-LoRA renders the final video. Fully open weights, runs locally, moves saved as reusable .cammove files. Honest limitation: push-ins work best; big pull-backs or orbits expose areas the photo never captured.
