EachLabs launches Lockstep, a motion transfer model that swaps video characters while keeping every move

EachLabs has launched Lockstep, a motion transfer video model: give it a reference video plus one photo per character, and it replaces the people in the shot while keeping motion, lip sync and camera work frame-for-frame identical.
- Minimal inputs: any clip (dance trend, ad, stunt, film scene) plus one clear photo per character, tagged as @Image1/@Image2 in the prompt
- Preserves motion timing, lip sync for singing/dialogue, and handheld shake/pans untouched
- Side-by-side demos against two other character-swap models emphasize identity consistency (face, hair, skin tone, outfit) across frames
- Pitched for recasting one ad shoot across markets, audiences and seasons; API available with free tier
