'Dolphin hedons weigh 1000x shrimp hedons' EA meme debunked by its own author: 'I made it up'
beffjezos · x · 2026-10-28
The account beffjezos claimed that "in EA lore, Dolphin hedons are weighed 1000x more than shrimp hedons," riffing on dolphins appearing in San Francisco waters — then immediately replied to his own post: "source: i made it up."
A textbook example of the AI/rationalist sphere's culture of inventing lore and spreading it with a straight face.
