Researcher ElectronGirl released Anima Ref Adapter, an open-source ComfyUI character reference model (Apache-2.0 code, CircleStone non-commercial weights). With just one reference image — no long captioning or training — it reproduces the exact character in any scene, with pose, placement and framing driven by the prompt. The poster's test generations closely match the references.
