Accent-induced bug: speech-to-text turns "Claude Instance" into "cloud instance" for a coding agent
francesc · x · 2026-10-28
Developer francesc shared a novel source of bugs: his own accent. While voice-commanding a coding agent, he said "Claude Instance," but OpenSuperWhisper transcribed it as "cloud instance," sending the agent down the wrong path. His tip: in speech-transcription workflows, sometimes "cloud" actually means "Claude."
A real-world example of how transcription errors can break voice-driven AI agent workflows.
