Anthropic team kills LeetCode interviews: no longer provides signal

Anthropic engineer Felix Rieseberg says the coding interview is dead — his team removed LeetCode-style loops this month because they no longer provide signal, and he sees an opening for junior engineers. Others agree young AI talent now simply skips companies still doing LeetCode interviews, valuing taste, agency, and business sense instead.
