Juan Benet launches PLC Neurotech fund, says neurotech is at AI's 2019 moment

Protocol Labs founder Juan Benet announced PLC Neurotech, a fund backing BCI, NeuroAI and connectomics startups. Investing in neurotech since 2021, he says the field now feels like AI did around 2019: it already restores functions, can enhance human capabilities, and will redefine what it means to be human.
