Robot fighting organization REK is opening a permanent arena in Tokyo, led by Hiroki Watanabe (@robotsmasher1), who previously went viral for mounting a massive blade on a Unitree G1 humanoid "for sushi." Cixliv joked he was destined for robot fighting. The attached photo shows a kimono-clad G1 wielding a kitchen knife.
