77% of Analysts Parroted the Agent's Arguments, Only 15% Credited It

Follow-up from the Anthropic study: when asked why they made each choice, 77% of analysts repeated the agent's argument in at least one answer, sometimes word for word; only 15% credited the agent; about half said the final recommendation was more their own than the agent's. The chart shows near-verbatim repeats of agent phrasing in post-task surveys, evidence of unconscious internalization.
