FaceTime's nude detection reportedly killed a call mid-conversation and issued a content warning

A Reddit user reports that during a FaceTime call, about 3 seconds after she briefly took off her bra, her boyfriend's screen blurred, audio cut out, and Apple suspended the call with a 'content warning' asking him to consent to continue — even after clicking continue, he couldn't rejoin.
A screenshot in the replies shows this is iOS's Sensitive Content Warning feature, which detects nude photos and videos before they're viewed, with Apple claiming it has no access to the media. The user says she hasn't installed the latest software update and felt 'violated, as though something was watching me.' The case is sparking discussion about on-device content detection false positives and privacy boundaries.
