A vibe-coded MMO built with Claude in a couple of days has grown into a real community project. The v0.45 release shipped a full graphics overhaul with 153 merged contributions: realistic character bodies with hand-keyed animation, painted towns, HDRI skies with a live day/night cycle, remade dungeon bosses and new mounts.
Since June: 22,549 commits, 92 contributors, and 90,000+ characters created. Still free and MIT-licensed, built mostly with Claude Code on Opus 5.5. Playable at worldofclaudecraft.com, code on GitHub.
