Kiro CLI V3 becomes default, retires inline autocomplete; Amazon code-gen autocomplete effectively retired

AWS's Kiro is making CLI V3 the default experience, with rollout prompts starting October 12 and CLI 3.0 shipping by end of October. V3 brings the same agent harness as Kiro IDE/Web to the terminal: background workflow agents that plan, implement and review tasks, cloud sessions that keep running after you close your laptop, spec mode for reviewing requirements before coding, and tangent mode for parallel conversations. CLI 3.0 retires inline shell autocomplete, the desktop app, and the Classic experience. The author also corrects Grok's claim: predictive autocomplete migrated to Kiro, where it has effectively been retired too.
