Founder: AI coding gives startups a structural edge — more hours, more risk, less coordination
yenkel · x · 2026-10-28
Founder yenkel argues AI has given startups a huge relative advantage over incumbents, via three multipliers when coding with AI:
- More working hours per head
- Higher risk tolerance
- More time building vs. coordinating with people
Large orgs' coordination overhead dilutes the AI leverage, while small teams convert more time into shipped output. He says he'll follow up with a longer post with graphics.
