New ComfyUI nodes add For Each loops with per-image parameter tables for ControlNet tuning

A new open-source node pack comfyuidavchacontrolflow solves a common ComfyUI pain point: giving each reference image its own ControlNet strength, denoise, or preprocessor, which list mapping can't do and loop nodes make clumsy.
Key design:
- For Each / End For Each pair: plug a list (e.g. from a Load Images node) into For Each and get an image output for the current item
- Drag the + column output onto any widget (ControlNet strength, combos, toggles) to create a typed table column with the widget's own editor
- The table has a default row plus one row per image, follows the list as images are added/removed; empty cells fall back to defaults
- lastresult / initial enable chained iterations, e.g. stacking one ControlNet per image on the same conditioning
- End For Each outputs results (all iterations) and final (last one)
It compiles to core Start/End Loop nodes, so iterations are cached: changing one row only re-runs that iteration (and chained ones after it).
