Google DeepMind introduced Genie 4, billed as its most realistic and interactive world model yet. Users steer the simulated world and its soundscape in real time with natural language — changing weather, moving the camera, or adding new elements.
Gemini acts as the simulation's "brain": translating requests into actions, planning complex events, tracking the scene as it unfolds, and adapting on the fly. Genie 4 also adds ambient audio and real-time interactive human dialogue.
