Outliers Summit announced two new VIP Day speakers. The standout: Ben Cera, founder of Polsia — an AI that builds and runs companies on its own — which just raised a $30M Series A at a $250M valuation with zero employees; he remains the only human at the company. The other speaker is Julian Weisser, CEO of Solo Founders and ODF, which backs solo founders with $100,000 each. The event runs Nov 4–6, 2026 in NYC, with a hands-on AI tools VIP Day.
