AI Agents That Move Money Now 9% of Crypto VC Pitches, Up From 1% in 2023
LexSokolin · x · 2026-10-27
Investor Lex Sokolin argues crypto finance is replaying how wealth management grew: products first, then rules made them legal, and now choosing among them is the scarce job again. His fund's deal flow reflects it — pitches for agents that move money jumped from 1% of all pitches in 2023 to 9% by 2026 YTD. The accompanying chart shows agent wallets climbing from 1% to 8.5%, capital markets from 6.5% to 8.5%, while wealth management hovers around 5.5%.
