- Hyphenate, an autonomous finance platform for the CFO's office, raised a $45M Series A led by Nexus Venture Partners, with B Capital and existing investors. Total funding reaches $54M.
- Formerly Maximor (rebranded a month ago), the company grew customers 11x in 12 months, including six public companies, with 86x revenue growth.
- Its self-learning agents already run 90% of routine finance work—cash reconciliation, sales orders, invoicing, subledgers, and closing—with humans stepping in only for judgment calls. Customer HiBid automated 100% of operations; Kiteworks automated 98% of transactions.
- The capital will push agents deeper into finance and strategic finance. CEO Ramnandan Krishnamurthy says customers' list of "work done because somebody has to" keeps shrinking in production.
