SpAitial has released Echo-3, claiming it is the world's best model for 3D world reconstruction. Users only need a regular iPhone scan of a space—no specialized capture hardware—and Echo-3 reconstructs it in high quality while remaining metrically consistent (true-to-scale). The demo world shown was generated from a single iPhone capture, and the model is available via the @SpAItialAI app.
