Jais 3: six Arabic-centric agentic models from 0.9B to 375B, fully open-sourced

Inception/MBZUAI released a technical report for Jais 3, six Arabic-centric agentic models (0.9B–375B). Highlights: adapted from K2 Horizon with +9 to +35 on Arabic average; the 3.7B and 7B variants beat every open model of their size on all 10 agentic benchmarks; a new FTPO preference stage after SFT cuts repetition loops from 13.8% to 1.2%; and an audit of 15 widely used Arabic benchmarks found wrong answers, removing 5.3% of flagged items. Weights, checkpoints, data samples, logs and eval code are all open.
