Paras Chopra: In 5 Years Superhuman AI Will Unbundle Work, Socializing and Education
paraschopra · x · 2026-10-27
Paras Chopra imagines a 5-year-out world where AIs are superhuman at everything people care about. Once efficiency-driven functions are better, cheaper and faster with AI, the only thing humans will seek from each other is social connection — stories and gossip around the campfire. Today functions and socializing are bundled (companies, conferences, universities all mix work with politics and networking). Chopra argues AI will unbundle these: work, education, governance and advice go to AI, while schools, conferences and workplaces morph into kinds of playgrounds we haven't invented yet.
