GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.104: Fusion Model on Auto, Assisted Permissions Out of Experimental

GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.104 ships several workflow improvements:
- Managed model "fusion" now starts sessions on Auto and applies fusionTier settings
- Interactive and SDK Autopilot sessions keep waiting for attached background tasks instead of timing out via COPILOTTASKWAITTIMEOUTSECONDS (-p --autopilot still honors it)
- Auto falls back to its default preference when a saved preference is unavailable, instead of failing each turn
- Assisted Permissions is now available without experimental mode
