Adam Dorr found the MacOS ChatGPT app unable to preview a PDF it had just generated ("Couldn't load this file"). He adds that ChatGPT also can't report its own bugs autonomously, sarcastically dubbing the next model "GPT-6 Astra Extra-High" and quipping we may not be so close to RSI/ASI after all.
