Instinct launches agent spending with Stripe stablecoins powering purchases underneath

Instinct's new Link balance feature, built with Stripe and Link, lets users add funds, set per-purchase limits, and have their agent make purchases on their behalf within those limits. Stablecoins on Tempo via Stripe Link settle transactions underneath — 'programmable money for AI agents.' Rolling out across the US (NY coming soon).
