Matt Pocock shares heart-rate data showing he still peaks at 600-person talks

Matt Pocock, who has given hundreds of talks and once worked as a voice and public speaking coach, shared his heart-rate data from a 20-minute talk before an audience of 600: an average of 125 bpm, with 44 minutes in the moderate zone and 2 minutes in vigorous/peak zones.
His heart rate peaks right as he steps on stage, chills out during Q&A, then stays elevated as he chats with attendees afterward. He doubts the adrenaline response will ever go away — "just got to keep breathing through it."
