HandsOn platform open-sourced: 18K human demos, tasks, eval tools for dexterous policies
stingning · x · 2026-10-27
stingning released the full HandsOn dexterous manipulation stack: task environments, success checkers, evaluation tools, the PhysX demonstration dataset (18,000 human demos — 15,178 train / 2,822 val, 56 hours, augmented via re-rendering and prompt randomization), plus paper, code and project page. The platform evaluates 10 methods in closed-loop simulation (9 learned approaches plus zero-shot GPT-6 Astra) and includes qualitative real-robot rollouts of sim-trained policies, with quantified physical evaluation left as future work. Community policy evaluations and task contributions are welcome.
