The CapCut plugin is now in early access on ChatGPT desktop for PC, with mobile and web support expected in mid-November. Users describe their editing idea in natural language — slow-motion intro, emotional close-ups, fast chorus cuts — and ChatGPT uses the plugin to control CapCut Web, handling supported editing tasks to produce a first cut without manual step-by-step planning.
