Foldkit Adds SSR Support With a Few Lines of Config on Cloudflare and AWS

samgoodwin89 added SSR support to @foldkit. A few lines in vite.config.ts (serverEntry, clientEntry, prerender) let you deploy server-rendered sites via Cloudflare.Website.Foldkit or AWS.Website.Foldkit with output: "server" in Alchemy.
