Alchemy 2.0 Beta Splits Into Per-Provider Packages in Major Breaking Change

[email protected] ships a major breaking change: the monorepo now splits each provider into its own package (e.g. alchemy/AWS becomes @alchemy.run/aws), with universal cross-cloud bindings, effect workflows, and optimized heap/bundle size. Cloudflare OAuth can now also create Account API Tokens directly, removing the need to maintain one manually.
