LichtFeld Studio v0.5.4.3 ships community-built SteadySplats, POPSpa and Voxelization

Open-source 3D reconstruction tool LichtFeld Studio is shipping v0.5.4.3 with several community-contributed features now in nightly builds:
- New features: SteadySplats and POPSpa by @YeheLiu, Voxelization by @ShadyGmira
- Distribution: official Windows binaries come via a membership Portal (roadmap votes, priority bug support), while the core remains GPLv3 open source
- Requirements: NVIDIA RTX 20-series or newer (compute capability ≥7.5), driver 570+ (CUDA 12.8); AMD/Intel unsupported
