Inside Dexory's full-stack warehouse robotics factory: 8m scanning towers and in-house manufacturing
lukas_m_ziegler · x · 2026-10-26
A factory tour of Dexory near Oxford, whose robots scan entire warehouses rack by rack and turn what they see into live inventory data. The visit shows an eight-metre scanning tower, CNC machines making robot parts, and a robot arm being trained to automate the machine shop. CEO Andrej explains why the team brings more work in-house as it scales: "If you rely on someone else's roadmap and timelines, you have no real power and control." A look at speed, reliability, and what it takes to build robots for the real world.
