Tencent's Hy-SimulMT lands on GitHub with SimulInfer inference and SimulTrain pipeline

Tencent Hunyuan has published its real-time simultaneous translation model Hy-SimulMT on GitHub (Tencent-Hunyuan/Hy-SimulMT). The repo includes the SimulInfer inference service and SimulTrain training pipeline, bilingual READMEs, and a custom license.
The model performs bidirectional Chinese-English speech-to-speech translation while the speaker is still talking, preserving the speaker's voice with 3s streaming latency, targeting meetings, talks and interviews. The project just went live (star count still low), with weights and docs already available.
