StackChan desk robot gains multilingual voice and can now act from scripts
alexcovo_eth · x · 2026-10-26
A developer's StackChan desk robot "Nous-Girl" leveled up: round one adds Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and English voices using the GradiumAI Phonon multilingual model at the same speed as English-only, and the robot can now read scripts with dialogue, verbal and action cues — "an actor now."
Full stack: Grok Bot for script writing/direction, video editing and programming; Nous Research Hermes-Agent framework; OpenAI GPT-6-Luna as the LLM; local voice via GradiumAI Phonon 40m (TTS) plus Parakeet (STT).
