Meta has filed for $35B in concurrent common stock and mandatory convertible preferred offerings, plus a planned $60B Class C ATM program potentially starting in Q1 2027. Filing shows NVIDIA, AMD and Broadcom expressed non-binding interest in up to $5.0B of Meta common shares — the same playbook chip vendors used to back other AI labs, effectively recycling GPU revenue into customer equity.
