YC's Moving Atoms turns any LiDAR/SLAM scan into an editable BIM model within 5mm
Scobleizer · x · 2026-10-26
Moving Atoms (YC S26) launched Scan to 3D Model: upload any LiDAR or SLAM scan and get a segmented, fully editable BIM model exportable to Revit, IFC, STEP, USD or Isaac Sim.
- The 3D viewer opens scans instantly and handles sites up to 5,000,000 sq ft
- The engine splits the scan into individual objects, measures each, and generates a native BIM element per object
- A heatmap flags where the model diverges from the scan; the engine refines each discrepancy until the model matches within 5mm
