Mom prints out Claude Sonnet 4.6 diet plan at max text size, edits it by hand

A viral X post shows the author's mom using Claude Sonnet 4.6 (low reasoning) to generate a meal-by-meal diet plan — oatmeal with protein powder, banana and honey, eggs with berries — then printing the phone screenshot at maximum text size and hand-editing the portions on paper (crossing out 150g oats for 100g, removing olive oil, etc.). A charming case of an everyday, older user adopting AI in a very analog way.
