ChatGPT downgrade leaves Dot messaging you with no reply or delete option
charliermarsh · x · 2026-10-26
User @simonsmith found that downgrading ChatGPT from the Dots-available Pro plan to Plus puts an enabled Dot to sleep, yet it keeps sending messages you can't reply to, and the Dot can't be deleted. Charlie Marsh said he would pass the bug along to OpenAI. The user also notes they use Dots in their Enterprise account at work but Muse as their personal agent, avoiding two personal agents as it's too noisy.
