Hunterbrook accuses NYT front-page story of mirroring its investigations without attribution

Hunterbrook Media publicly accused the New York Times of copying key elements of two earlier Hunterbrook investigations in a front-page story — same plume model, same lead photo of the same house on the same street, same expert source — all without attribution.
Koppelman added that the team gave the Times a chance to do the right thing, but the paper's response essentially claimed it independently produced the same plume model and interviews. The team called it a huge bummer for reporters who worked relentlessly on the stories.
