Viable Ben spots a trend: frontier AI labs are hiring people to do jobs the AI boom itself created.
Two recent examples: @yourgirlhils joined Anthropic to work on AI fluency programs after building a successful business teaching managers to leverage AI; Hamel Husain joined OpenAI to work on applied evals after running a massively successful evals course on Maven.
His takeaway: focus on what you're truly great at and prove the market values it — "be so good they can't ignore you" has never been more relevant, ideally in areas you're authentically excited about.
