Flux2 Dev LoRAs have no effect in ComfyUI workflow, user stuck at photorealism

A ComfyUI user running flux2 dev (mistral3smallflux2bf16) for text-to-image finds LoRAs (SQNSFW/SNOFs) have no effect — generated anatomy comes out mannequin-like. They're also mixing in KREA2 (both Flux-based) and chose the mistral variant for its reportedly realistic skin texture. Despite many tutorials, node wiring still isn't clicking. Help post, no solutions yet.
