OME OMY Productions ran one identical 15-second alien-village scene (960×544/24fps, seed 254, same visual and voice references, timed dialogue) through five local ComfyUI recipes for MiniMax H3, keeping all first-pass flaws intact. On RTX 5090: Singularity V2 INT8 4-step (Ref2V Turbo adapter) took 95.3s, its 8-step override 170.6s, 10Eros Max H3 Turbo beta6 138.7s, stock pruned INT8 ConvRot 25-step 437.7s and 50-step 842.5s — a 9x spread. All used CFG 1; timings are production observations, not controlled benchmarks. Viewers can blind-guess before the reveal at 2:05.
