GenAICode: open-source toolkit puts one API over Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, Cursor and Gemini CLI
Codeblix_Ltd · reddit · 2026-10-26
GenAICode is an Apache-2.0 open-source TypeScript toolkit that wraps one API and CLI over coding agents including Claude Code, Codex, Copilot CLI, Cursor, Gemini CLI, opencode, Muse, Mistral Vibe and Antigravity. It also ships a browser UI, an app-agent package and a run --verify command that sends a failing check back to the selected agent.
The trade-off: it doesn't hide provider ownership — each agent keeps its own login, billing and sandbox. The latest 2.21.0 commit landed October 25; the repo shows 51 stars and 1 fork. For teams juggling multiple coding agents it's a portability layer rather than a new model, though the provider CLIs still define the limits.
