ComfyUI nodes pin 20GB+ video models in VRAM, cutting shot transitions from 7.3s to 0.4s

A Reddit user released ComfyUI-ZeroCopy-Continuity, a custom node suite tackling two pain points in multi-shot video generation: repeated model offloading and VAE roundtrip color drift.
Key capabilities: 20GB+ DiT weights stay pinned in VRAM (model reload 7.8s → 0.0s); terminal latents are handed off between shots via a pure GPU RingBuffer without VAE decode/re-encode (MSE 0.0, bit-identical, no color drift); on RTX 5090/4090 inter-shot latency drops from 7.3s to 0.4s — 35.5x faster — with zero VRAM fragmentation across 20+ sequential shots.
