Hermes Agent Lands Web Desktop UI, Enabled with a Single Command Locally

The Hermes agent project has merged a Web App (desktop UI via web) into its main branch.
To enable it:
- hermes update --channel main
- hermes config set webapp.enabled true
- hermes gateway restart, then run hermes webapp
It's local-only by default; for remote access the author recommends putting it behind sign-in — he runs his behind Tailscale with Nous login.
